Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it (unused, undamaged, with original packaging).
How to Start a Return
The easiest way to start your return is by visiting your Leaf Funnel account.
From your account, you can request a return directly. If you need any help, you can also email us at info@leaf-funnel.com to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns

Your item must be in its original condition (no excessive wear or damage).

Proof of purchase is required (your order information is automatically verified when you start a return through your account).

Items sent back without first requesting a return through your account or via email will not be accepted.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the Leaf Funnel you want is to request a return and place a new order once your refund is processed.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Note: your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post the refund.)
